Simulation Analysis of Five-Roll Covering Rollers System for Binding Machine of Section Steel Bars

Article Preview

Abstract:

Binding machine of section steel bars is full automatic packaging equipment that structure is very complex and it sets hydraulic-numerical control integration in order to perform continuous production of modern production line and meet the need of many binding types of section steel bars. Five-roll covering rollers system referring to two parts was mainly studied in this paper. SolidWorks software was used to analyze the movement and force; ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to do optimization analysis for the positions of the covering rollers mechanism when the wire rope was in the different angles of section steel bars binding and the different forces. Compared with single-roll covering rollers system, five-roll covering rollers system was more suitable for the requirement of various kinds of section steel bars binding packed. The results show that five-roll covering rollers system can increase the extending degree of the steel wire and make the steel wire much close to the steel ladle.
