Scenario Selection and Analysis of Armored Vehicle Refrigeration System Using Engine Wasted Heat

Article Preview

Abstract:

Aiming to execrable heat condition of the armored vehicles and serious waste of the engine wasted heat, it researched refrigeration system scenario using wasted heat. According to the armored vehicles’ overall demands and advantages and disadvantages of each kind of refrigeration technique using wasted heat, it selected absorption refrigeration technique using LiBr as the basic cooling manner, and it designed the method to introduce the wasted heat in the exhaust gas. On the base of theoretic estimating of wasted heat energy and endurable temperature of the person and devices in the vehicle, it designed several primary technique indexes. According inner overall setup and the engine features, it designed and analyzed one prototype of the absorption refrigeration system.
