Abstract: To improve the quality management and the quality level of products is an important issue related to enterprise survival and development. Through the establishment of the welding quality management system, quality control in welding processes and quality improvement research, this paper analyzes quality control of the welding technology, and illustrates how the enterprise develop quality system to deeper levels after passing the certification of quality management. That means, maintaining and continuously improving the effectiveness of the quality management system is the focus of quality management work after the certification.

Abstract: The law of conservation of energy is an empirical law of physics. It states that the total amount of energy in an isolated system remains constant over time. And it is impossible to break. However, three of evidence presented in this paper cannot be explained by the Law of conservation of energy. Why is the magnetic potential energy gone when the magnet is antimatter annihilated Why can the steady direct current (DC) be produced when coils are cutting magnetic lines without any obstruction Why can’t the induced current hinder the change of temperature and magnetic flux All of these just suggest that the total amount of energy in an isolated system is not conserved over time—the law of conservation of energy can be broken.

Abstract: A new technology about ocean suspended particles density detecting by Mie scattering theory is proposed. This technology is based on analyzing and studying the transmission characteristics of the laser in the seawater. Based on Mie scattering theory, the optical scattering characteristics of oceanic suspended particles is researched, and a new method of calculating the scattering coefficient and backward scattering ratio is putted forward. By detecting the laser scattering signal under the seawater, the density information of ocean suspended particles can be gain and detect. A ocean suspended particles density detecting model based on airborne lidar system is firstly established through analyzing the absorbing and scattering characteristics of the suspended particles. By simulating and calculating, it is proved that the technology can detect and monitor the density of ocean suspended particles effectively, and therefore it can predict the density change of ocean suspended particles also.

Abstract: The development process of blue and white porcelains has always gone through continuous innovation and reformation. Up till now, the market has brought new requirements for the creation of blue-and-white. One the one hand, the traditional manufacturing process is a kind of cultural inheritance. It needs strict observation and protection as well as salvation. On the other hand, the evolution and development of the modern life and culture has as well brought urgent requirements for its symbolization innovation. It is based on the requirements of this kind of development that a brand new concept of blue-and-white is being formed gradually, which is more inclusive and broader.

Abstract: The challenge in civil engineering construction is first to design and then to build, the structure should be of less cost, architecture appearance and ecological sustainability. Take Guangzhou International Conference Center as a sample, analyze the design characteristics of the structure, and discuss the special construction technology on different structures. The results shows that the architecture is of great success from the technological point of view, the special shape and complex structure are unique comparing with other architectures, which assure the high quality and large-span apperance of the architecture.

Abstract: Auto-focus is a key technology for visual presenter, this paper mainly presents how to achieve the function of auto-focus on Hi3515. The 4x4 integer DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform) shown as Eq. (2) was used to indicate whether the system was on accurate focus or not. Because the 4x4 integer DCT not only has the characteristics of single peak value, non-deflection, reliability, high-speed, but also has lower complex computation than the other frequency methods such as FFT(Fast Fourier Transform), DWT (Discrete Wavelet Transform). This paper employed the method of monotonic and blind hill climbing to achieve auto-focus. The result of auto-focus is shown as Fig. 6.

Abstract: To promote the green taxis in Macau SAR has being attractive because of the increasingly air pollution caused by vehicles’ emission. In order to improve the air quality and living condition in Macau, this paper shows us some environmentally friendly taxis to replace theconventional ones. In this paper, an overall picture of the current situation and tendency of world’s taxies is firstly presented. Secondly, the vehicle emissions of Macau taxi including environmentally friendly ones are detailedly demonstrated and compared. On the basis of feasibility, cost, safety and regulations related to Macau, the existing vehicle models are also comprehensively elaborated and evaluated. At the end of the paper, it will predict possible directions of the development of taxis in the near future of Macau. The analysis and evaluations of vehicle models are all considerate of what really Macau is.

Abstract: The higher equipment reliability can not only ensure the device running continuously, reduce all kinds of consumption, but reduce the accidents occurring because of the equipment defect. In this paper, an optimization strategy for ensuring the reliability of large automatic equipments using the lowest maintenance cost to improve the production efficiency of petrochemical enterprises was put forward. Several maintenance strategies are proposed, in which the reliability of large automatic equipment and the maintenance and repair cost are considerate overall. Reliability maintenance strategies of automatic equipment in the petrochemical industry are research detailed. And strategies of reliable maintenance and the implementation of reliable maintenance are studied.

Abstract: Reverse design and forward design have their strong points each other. The advantages of reverse design lie in the treatment of free-form complex modeling, while forward design is good in modeling in simpler feature. The car body often contains complex curved surface and some simple features. Through a single reverse or forward design can’t realize the efficient design. In order to combine advantages of reverse and forward design, using the hybrid design process design can improve the efficiency of the development of car body.
