Analysis on Steel-Concrete Interface of Hybrid Self-Anchored Suspension Bridge

Article Preview

Abstract:

Based on analysis on steel-concrete interface of a hybrid self-anchored suspension bridge, the shear distribution of shear studs under load and influence of contact friction on steel-concrete interface are studied in this paper. The results show the existence of friction reduces the stress of shear studs, but not affects the performance of box girder and shear studs under load, and the vertical stress of shear studs in steel-concrete joint is increasing with the space of neutral axis.
