Stochastic Dynamics of Biological Network Regulated by Small RNA

Article Preview

Abstract:

Recently, the experimental data displayed that the small RNA played the important role in the gene regulatory network, furthermore , the noises and delay are ubiquitous in the nature and play the important role, so we should investigated the small RNA network with noises and delay and study the dynamical behaviors. In this paper, we studied the nonlinear dynamics of the model by using the theory of nonlinear dynamical system and obtained some results as follows: (1) the system against the small noise is robust;(2) the small noises have the impact on the amplitudes;(3) the large amplitude noises have the significant effect on the cycle in the system. These theoretical results can help us understand the process of gene regulatory.
