Research on the Hall for Workshop of Meta-Synthetic Engineering for Solution to Complicated Problem of Strategy Decision

Abstract:

Considering the complexity of weapon and equipment development strategy and the requirement analysis of Hall for Workshop of Meta-synthetic(HWME), we analysed the flow of solving complicated problem of strategy decision using the methodology of meta-synthesis from qualitative to quantitative. Finally, we built the system framework of HWME on concentrating discussion manner.
