The Study of the Crack-Resistant Plaster Mortar of Sand Autolaved Aerated Concrete Blocks
Abstract:
In view of the problems of crack and falling off when using ordinary mortar aerated concrete blocks, this paper investigate the plaster mortar of sand aerated concrete blocks. On the basis of single factor experiments of the effects of plaster mortar composition on its performance, the properties of plaster mortar are optimized by orthogonal experimental method. The results indicate that the mixture of vitrified microbeads, perlite, fly ash according to a certain proportion can produce laying and the plaster inorganic insulation mortar that exhibit low thermal conductivity coefficient and mechanical performance that meet the requirements.
