The Engineering Application of Multifunctional DGT-1 Spraying Wall Composite Steel Template

Abstract:

With the traffic infrastructure increasing in China, the techniques for concrete structures have to not only meet the design requirements but also improve its requirements of appearance quality in bridge engineering. The appearance quality requirements of As-cast Finish Concrete has become highway project structure standard; And we successfully developed the multi-function DGT-1 spraying wall composite steel template through the designs of different templates and contrast test research of template surface treatment; Engineering has proved that concrete structure used the template pouring not only can reach the requirements of As-cast Finish Concrete in appearance quality, but also have larger of advantages in turnover number, convenience of using, speeding up engineering progress, environmental protecting, and savings costs.
