Control Methods of the Concentrated Moisture Exhaust System for Tobacco Primary Processing

Abstract:

In tobacco primary processing line, there are often processing emissions with as peculiar smells, condensed water and tobacco powder dusts discharged from the production of processing equipments. In this paper, through a detailed design on the concentrated moisture exhaust system of tobacco primary processing and its control methods, the moisture-exhaust air volume's instability caused by the starting and stopping of all processing equipments in production line is solved, so as to ensure the stabilities of processing equipment's parameters and cigarette's smoke flavors and simultaneously improve the effect of processing the peculiar smells of emissions.
