The Importance of the Plane Digital Assembly Site Supply Chain Manufacturing Process Management and Control

Abstract:

Airplane assembly process is a large system of multi-departments collaboration and multi-disciplines integrated application, and it would be influenced by various factors in quality and efficiency. The successful application of monomial technical must rely on the whole assembly process of effective supply chain control system and the environment. This environment from the design process to material distribution throughout the whole process of airplane assembly, and through digital measuring coupling detection model and real, completes quality closed-loop control in assembly site. The environment is a multi-level efficient integration of planning, technology and logistics, affects the overall efficiency, and plays a very important position in assembly process.
