Abstract: In order to solve the infrared and visible image registration problem, a new edge matching method is proposed. Firstly, the algorithm gets edges using Canny operator, and then computes the image edge normalized correlation value (IENC) which is treated as the matching degree of registration. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm, a comparison experiment between the proposed algorithm and the algorithm based on Hausdorff distance is done. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is effective, small amount of computation and good stability.

Abstract: The effectiveness of supervised word sense disambiguation approaches depend in part on the availability of initial dataset. In the paper, we use an improved method based on the simple K-means clustering function, the result indicates the improvement after using the method. The whole experiments are running on the NLM WSD set, which is emphasizing on the biomedical domain.

Abstract: To the problem of visualization expression, under the ArcGIS space environment, I use the ArcObjects components to do the symbols allocation and visualization expression for spatial data and point, line and polygon target. Result shows that it has finished the visualization effect of spatial data and symbols in the geographical information system.

Abstract: Collaborative Virtual Environment (CVE) system supports a large number of users to explore a virtual world and interact with each other through networks, so one of the key issues in the design of scalable CVE systems is the partitioning problem. Existing partitioning algorithms in CVE systems based on multiple-server architecture, in our opinion, hardly consider the communication character of virtual environment. In this paper, we propose a new partitioning method based on area of interest (AOI) model matching to improve the quality of partitioning. The experimental results show preliminarily that our partitioning approach based on AOI model matching does decrease the traffic among the servers in the system and improve the partitioning performance.

Abstract: The unstable linking of network and difficult finding on internet make information resources lacking of durability so the sharing of digital information resource and the location management has become the key research of the serving of information resources. The paper puts forward CALIS-DOI model fitting the requirements of local information service database construction by analyzing application situation of DOI in building local information resources services and fully considering the functions of CALIS in building of local information resources service. The model will be put into the local information resource serving systems and serve for digital location and information transmit.

Abstract: Data perturbation is a method of reference control in statistical database. Data modification and data exchange are two methods of data perturbation. Data modification replaces the original data with the sample data sequence after deciding probability distribution function of the original data and generating sample data sequence. Data swapping interchanges attribute values of records. While the algorithm of the former is complex, this paper presents a new method in which the sample sequence generation is skipped. We simply sort the original data, divide them into different groups and exchange attribute values of the same group. Experiments show that the proposed method can effectively simplify the former method and guarantee the safety of the statistical data at the same time.
