Abstract: Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) is a vital cause of vision loss in premature infants, but early detection of its symptoms enables timely treatment and prevents blindness. Tortuosity is the major indicator of ROP that can potentially be automatically quantified. In this paper, which focuses on automatic tortuosity quantification and classification in images from infants at risk of ROP, we present a series of experiments on preprocessing, feature extraction, image feature selection and classification using nearest neighbor classifier. Fisher linear Discriminant analysis is used as a feature selection algorithm. We observe that the best feature set is a combination of two features: tortuosity as estimated based on combination of curvature of improved chain code and number of inflections and tortuosity as measured by inflection count metric. Accuracy, sensitivity and specificity are used as performance measures for the classifier. The results are validated against the judgments of expert ophthalmologists. The overall accuracy, sensitivity and specificity achieved on the best feature set are 95%, 95.65% and 96.74% respectively.

Abstract: The ticket office of 3D-version Titanic has gone beyond four hundred billion within six days, which left the public not only good memories, but also peoples affections with the 3D film and the rapid development of 3D technology. The Web3D technology has also become the core of the next generation Internet. WebGL is a JavaScript API for rendering interactive 3D graphics and 2D graphics.It can be used in any compatible web browser without the use of plug-ins.So,the WebGL technology is developing quickly now.This paper primarily introduces the development of HTML and the latest standard of HTML5. It also makes comparisons with other commonly-used Web3D technology, and discussed details of WebGL technology.

Abstract: The OLED defects generated in the manufacturing process restrict the development of OLED industry, machine vision based automatic OLED-inspection equipment can rapidly detect these defects and help to improve the OLED manufacturing process. The OLED images have the features of repeating texture background, uneven overall brightness of the image and the defects without obvious edge. In addition, an uncertain change in light and position of the inspection system increases the difficulty of the detection. Therefore, we propose the method to detect defects which take advance of the human eye characteristics of the Gabor filter and the unsupervised and fast segmentation features of the Fuzzy C-Means FCM algorithm. Through the combined 2-step segmentation, most OLED defects can be detected. The experimental tests are performed to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method. The result of the experiment shows that this method works well which can meet the requirements of robustness, automation of the fast and reliable of an online inspection system.

Abstract: The measured data may contain various types of attributes such as continuous, categorical, and set-valued attributes. Several locality-sensitive hashing techniques, which enable to find similar pairs of data in a fast and approximate way, have been developed for data with either numeric or set-valued attributes. This paper introduces a new locality sensitive-hashing technique applicable to data with categorical attributes.

Abstract: This paper introduces a new type of problem called the frequent common family subtree mining problem for a collection of leaf-labeled trees and presents some characteristics for the problem. It proposes an algorithm to find frequent common families in trees. To its applicability, the proposed method has been applied to both several synthetic data sets and a real data set.

Abstract: Retracted paper: Many experts would agree that, had it not been for telephony, the construction of B-trees might never have occurred. Given the current status of random theory, information theorists urgently desire the unfortunate unification of virtual machines and voice-over-IP, which embodies the unproven principles of robotics. We show that even though voice-over-IP and e-commerce can collaborate to achieve this goal, courseware and Internet QoS can synchronize to realize this mission.

Abstract: This paper proposed a service discovery architecture (SDA) that can be applied in cloud computing environments. This architecture supports common service discovery capabilities to achieve cloud service discovery function in cloud computing environments. The main idea is that, cloud services can be divided into different cloud service domains (CSD) according to the characteristics of the functions of cloud services, each CSD has a sub-service directory, and there is also a root service directory above all sub-service directories. Setting of two-level service directories can achieve the most suitable massive cloud services quickly. Finally, through mathematical modeling, theoretical analyses, and numerical simulations, the performance analyses of the architecture are studied. The results show the validity and advantages of the SDA.

Abstract: To improve the urban pipeline gas supply service, IoT technology is introduced to sense the user terminal gas consumption state which the SCADA system can not solve. In the existed application technology of IoT to urban gas metering, there exist difficulties of installing, power supplying and maintaining of concentrators. The mobile data acquisition based IoT application system to urban pipeline gas metering is presented and the mobile data acquisition terminal has been described in detail.

Abstract: According to the present situation that China's construction site safety supervision of the development toward informatization, this essay put forward a kind of construction site safety supervisory system based on the internet of things through the introduction of wireless network. At first, combined with the requirements of government and industry, we have analyses the requirements of building construction site for safety supervision. Then combined with the difference between architecture construction site and industrial production safety supervision, referring to the existing industrial video safety supervision system, we put forward the structure of the construction site safety system based on the internet of things. At last, we have also analyses several problems about the contracture of network nodes which should be valued. Wireless network can be better adapted to the changing characteristics of construction site safety supervisory operation, and this will promote effectively the development of safety supervision toward the direction of informationization.
