Abstract: AUV global path planning often achieves by genetic algorithm, due to genetic algorithm’s local search ability is limited, resulting in two limitations: large amounts of algorithmic operations to meet the expected effect; there are some peaks after the inheritance in the paths. Thus we propose non-uniform encoding obstacle avoidance operator node deletion operator and smoothing operator. The result proves that the improved Genetic Algorithm finds a comparatively better path, achieves rapid and smooth global path planning by avoiding obstacle deleting redundant nodes and smooth operation.

Abstract: This article conducts a detailed research on design of specific robot with 4-Dof based on hydraulic driving, using the advanced CATIA to achieve the motion simulation and applying ANSYS to optimize structure of main parts by finite elements analysis. D-H coordinate system and the homogeneous coordinate transformation matrix are used to describe the posture and position of robot, which give the kinematics equations of the robot .With the result of simulation and design by CATIA, interference between each part of the robot is examined and eliminated in advance. ANSYS analysis gives the result of stress and strain, which help optimize the structure design. With careful design and targeted optimization, the result shows that trajectory and stability are in accordance with the work scheduled to meet the design requirements and that designing with CATIA and ANSYS can improve quality and efficiency greatly.

Abstract: Coating uniformity model was developed to optimize spray painting robot trajectories, assuming uniform robot motion and a parabolic spray distribution with uniformity evaluated based on the thickness variation. Dimensionless calculation results show that overlapping distance is a major influencing factor of mean coating thickness, and that seed path position and work piece width are secondary ones. Overlapping distance is a critical influencing factor of coating uniformity, but seed path position and work piece width exert little influence on coating uniformity. Minimum thickness variance is about 0.0025 if overlapping distance is between 0.29 and 0.31. Thus, Overlapping distance should be taken into account to plan robot trajectory for spray painting, but seed path position and work piece width could be neglected.

Abstract: To ensure the fidelity of the ILS signal, the errors must be strictly controlled. The benchmark calibration flight precision control had very few attentions as the criterion. Therefore, through the computer to build a relatively complete set of airport simulation environment, we can design a control system and intuitive way to monitor the signal used to get rid of a variety of factors lead to errors. This showed the calibration results were unstable. The insightful significance is that this provides a guideline for the visualization and conformity of complex electromagnetic environment.

Abstract: This article is mainly targeted at domestic substation devices appear in poor interoperability and Statute conversion complex issues, proposed a cost savings and interoperability of new ideas. After the access to the abundant literature and practical research, with the current international universal iec61850 standard and Manufacturing Message Specification (MMS), designed a substations the protection model which is not require protocol conversion and savings the statute converted cost. This model has the basic features needed by devices; on the other device in the substation's design has some constructive significance.

Abstract: According to analyze the Principal Component Regression, and set up a modeling about the watt loss in a certain vehicle transmission, which the modeling result is keeping a line with the real value. Moreover, compared with the comprehensive watt loss modeling which is the popular application currently, and to analyze the two simulation results in the relative error, which can prove the new simulation result is useful and valid.

Abstract: As the cutting layer shape of hobbing has an important impact on hobbing force, temperature and tool life, this paper put forward the analysis on morphological structure of dry hobbing cutting. The research aim at the morphological shape of cutting layer, in order to give an accurate description, Solidworks is used in the process of cutting simulation and the simulation successfully show the shape of cutting layer. Then the mathematical description is used to plot two kind of geometry trajectory. The first is about the cutting edges project on the cross-section, and another is the interception lines between the cutting edges and the cylinder surface. The analysis showed that the simulation can get ideal cutting layer, and the layer is more intuitional and clear. Meanwhile, compared with the trajectory on radial section, the trajectory on cylinder surface can describe the cutting morphology more accurately and fitter with the real cutting condition.

Abstract: The simulation has become an important means to evaluate and analysis performance of the design during the study of switch structure and scheduling algorithm. Simulation software for switch structure and scheduling algorithm exist at present all defective in inheritable and scalability. In order to evaluate the performance of PPS system accurately and intuitively, the simulation platform CICQ-PPS-SIM for PPS system was designed. We used Object-oriented technology to analysis, design and implement the platform. CICQ-PPS-SIM overcame the problems of simulation software existing like lack of scalability, poor operational and so on, provides an effective means to evaluate the performance of switch system.

Abstract: A new bonding method of microfluidic chips, bonding in-mold, was presented. Finite element software simulation was used to study the deformation of microchannels in poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA) bonded chips. Varied temperature and compression thickness have been taken into account. Results showed that bonded microchannel cannot maintain the cross-sectional shape and dimensional accuracy. The area of cross-section was smaller. Its height changes since the substrate’s raised up and the cover plate’s bulged down. But the width dimension of microchannel was essentially unchanged. The deformation caused by thermal expansion is small. Experimental data show that compressed thickness has a greater impact than temperature.

Abstract: Simulink is the integrated environment of system modelling and simulation, which is being widespread used. This paper describes the MATLAB visual simulation of the propagation path loss model for telecommunication systems. We simulated the whole process of COST231-Walfisch-Ikegami model with high accuracy, built a visual simulation frame and the path loss curves are given. This method can be used in studying other propagation path loss models in propagation environments.
