Abstract: During maintenance operations, technicians have to work as quickly as possible. But they are often stopped during disassembly by blocked bolts or studs. This paper examines causes of blockage and suggests new method for disassembling bolted joint in this case. Several methods are analyzed and tested with finite element simulations. An experimental protocol to test a new disassembling method is also introduced in this paper

Abstract: Nowadays, most manufacturing enterprises have realized that the ability to share product information in a quick, real-time, and effective manner between geographically located team members is very crucial for them to survive in the keen competitive global market. However, the existing product information sharing systems have many problems in universality, dynamic, and portability. This paper presented a product information sharing system based on the research of the fundamental theory and key technologies of cloud manufacturing. Our work focuses on proposing a six-layer architecture of the system. For comparison, we discussed the advantages of it. Finally, to validate the architecture, we developed a prototype system. The test results show that the proposed architecture provides a commendable mechanism to better share product information.

Abstract: In Aluminum/Water Reaction Motor chamber, water injection angle plays an important role on mixture of aluminum particle fuel and water droplets and can affect motor performance further. On the basis of FLUENT software and taking phase transition and reaction between water droplets and aluminum particles into account, numerically simulated cases of different water injection angles by Particle Stochastic Trajectory Model. Computed total evaporation rate of water droplets, reaction rate of aluminum particles and specific impulse for the motor. Furthermore judged injection angle effect from these parameters. By comparison and analysis, it is found that hybrid injection case could get best multi-phase mixture effect and specific impulse performance for the motor. Namely axial injection angle with 45°in the main chamber and tangential injection angle with 60°in the afterburning chamber is the best case. The conclusion could provide a new idea for motor working process design.

Abstract: Many scientific papers deals with the usage of fuzzy rules to implement PID control. Fuzzy models, especially the Takagi-Sugeno-type, have received significant attention from various fields of interest. It is very often very difficult to determine all the parameters of the Takagi-Sugeno-type controller. In this paper we present optimization of Takagi-Sugeno-type fuzzy regulator parameters by genetic algorithm. Implementation of universal fuzzy P/PS/PD function block implemented to the PLC Simatic S7 300/400 is introduced. Mamdani model is used as comparative model. Parameters of Takagi-Sugeno-type fuzzy regulator are determined by genetic algorithm optimization from comparative regulation surface.

Abstract: Because of the small workbench molding size of rapid prototyping equipment, the processing of large rapid prototyping samples is a problem during the new product development process, for example, motorcycle covering. The relative merits of accuracy engraving technique and rapid prototyping technique during processing are discussed. The method combining accuracy engraving machine and rapid prototyping machine to processing new motorcycle cover samples is proposed. And the surface data segmentation technique based on features is adopt to divide the large rapid prototyping sample reasonably, and then the small parts are collaged after respectively processing, so the problem of large rapid prototyping sample cannot once molding is solved, the speed of new product development is accelerated, the cost of new product development is decreased, the rapid manufacturing is realized. This method has been applied to the processing of new motorcycle cover samples and the application method is expounded.

Abstract: As the rapid development mobile phone and mobile internet, the mobile phone is considered as the import interface between brands and consumers by managers. Mobile advertising, whichis defined as “any form of marketing, advertising or sales promotion activity aimed at consumers and conducted over a mobile channel is becoming the new promising marketing channel. Given this importance, how to conduct mobile advertising campaign to increase advertising effect is an big challenge for CMOs. To help the CMO to understand the mobile advertising, this paper reviewed recent research advances in mobile advertising researches.

Abstract: In order to synchronize motions between assisting robot and human, an intelligent controller using online update of vector field is proposed and applied to the research on assisting robot. Firstly, the polynomial expression approximation design is applied to endowing vector field of arbitrary attractor with self-oscillation characteristics. Secondly, input-output synchronization of the control system is realized by using online update design, and the degree of input-output synchronization can be modified by adjusting the oblivion parameter and load parameter in control system. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is examined by the simulation of motion assist system for human leg.

Abstract: In this paper, a control method based on the congestion mechanism is proposed in an on-ramp system with a nearby bus stop. The basic idea is to limit on-ramp vehicles entering main road when the traffic condition between on-ramp and the bus stop becomes worse, since traffic congestion is caused by traffic interaction between them. The simulation results show that the control method can reduce the vehicles’ collision between the main road and the on-ramp. The congestion on both main road and the on-ramp are alleviated. Comparisons between this method and previous one for single on-ramp control are made. The method in this paper can help main road remaining a good condition with only little drop-off of the on-ramp capacity. And traffic conditions on both main road and the on-ramp are better with the control of our method.

Abstract: In the afterheat recovery process, the heat pump has high request to the heat-source water’s temperature stability. This article uses the method of temperature constant and frequency variable to guarantee the stability of heat-source water. However, the afterheat recovery system is a dynamic engineering system and the parameters of normal PID can not real-time tuning, it has bad Control effect. Therefore, this article combines fuzzy control and PID control to get a fuzzy PID controller with its parameters can be tuned to improve the adaptation ability for the time-varying of parameters. And we use it to improve the performance of steady and dynamic states for the controlled object. Modeling and simulating to the system by the Simulink and the fuzzy toolbox in the MATLAB and examining the control effect of the system.

Abstract: According to multi-objective optimization problem in controlled atmosphere storage system, a modified multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm based on maximin fitness function was proposed. This algorithm introduced normalization algorithm and the conception of ε-dominance to the computation of maximin fitness function value, which solved the skewed popularity of the particles in the flight process. A modified computation method and an alterable ε-dominance strategy were put forward, which effectively improved the convergence speed of the algorithm and the diversity of the particles. The modified multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm was applied to optimize parameters like fruits and vegetables type, gas content in the controlled atmosphere storage system. The experimental results showed that the convergent speed of the algorithm was fast and the algorithm was valid.
