Research of Image Location for Print Whole Image On-Line Detection System

Abstract:

Considering the process of web print, the feature of this system, the specific requirements of subsequent testing software and presswork printed in web print, image absolute difference summation method was proposed to solve the image location problem of web printing whole image on-line detection system. The method was evaluated by print detection software, various print image and print matters with print defect. The results showed that the image located by this method is applied better in print whole image detection system and the locating speed meets the real-time requirement of on-line detection.
