Study on Key Issues of Document Format Conversion

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper mainly discusses some key issues of document format conversion as well as their solutions. Document format conversion is an effective way to solve the current problems of the coexistence and poor interoperability of multiple document formats. However, the existing format translators are far from perfect and hard to satisfy the users’ requirements.Based on the research of UOF-OOXML translator, this paper discusses the existing problems of the translator so as to find the key issues that affect the format conversion, makes a further analysis of and exploration into these problems, and finds appropriate solutions. The research result is helpful to update the design of translatorsandimprove document interoperability.
