Abstract:

The level information about manual, semi-manual metering system of mine enterprises is low, and it has seriously affected the economic efficiency of enterprises. This paper research the key technology which is combined the computer network and industrial digital acquisition technology on mine enterprise metering system. First, analyze the measurement system processes, which is combined with the trucking and rail transport, and analyzed incoming raw materials and manufactured products, measuring the flow of information; Then, design the program of measurement system hardware; Finally, design the data collection, Mainly research MSComm control, including the MSComm control programming, communication methods and the main properties of the MSComm control the CommEvent property. The results of this study can be realized on data standardization management, and it also improves the efficiency of work and economic benefits of enterprises with modern management needs.
