An Optimization Discusses of College Teaching Material Inventory Based on Supply Chain Management

Abstract:

This article investigate the structural form and process of college textbook supply chain in detail, and find out the matters of college textbook inventory under the Supply Chain Management on the base of Supply Chain Management, inventory control, inventory optimization and Economic batch theory. According to that problem, this article put forward a college teaching material inventory optimization model based on Fixed Order Quantity and fixed kickback rate, which is compared with the supply of university teaching characteristics and economic batch basic model, and to optimize inventory strategy, put forward a tentative plan of build an university teaching information sharing platform.
