Tempering Numerical Simulation Key Technical Research of Auto Windshield

Article Preview

Abstract:

In distribution article, the finite element mathematical model of the auto windshield tempering was established through the reasonable model simplified, with ANSYS as a platform, and the wgl450_R auto windshield products as an example. And through referencing to the actual working condition to set boundary conditions, hot-stress coupling field of tempering was simulated and the regularity of temperature and stress distribution was analysed in temperature field and stress field. Stress testing was made in three groups of glass samples based on the large polarizing, and the measured results and simulation results were compwered. The reliability of numerical simulation was proved, and this has the actual production significance.
