The paper will give a kinematic analysis of 4300mm Rolling-cut shears by Solidworks software, and compare movement locus of upper blade with different eccentric magnitude and offset in the initial phase, to arrive at inherent laws in their different states, and try to present the range of optimal eccentric magnitude and offset.
