Abstract:

In this paper based on the model of hybrid excavator that established in the software environment of AMESim, a configuration design and modeling of the power system of the excavator were made,then the several hybrid power system modes and energy-saving mechanisms of hybrid excavator were simulated and analyzed, the energy-saving potentialities of various energy-saving ways were calculated, and a hybrid power configuration mode that suit for present hybrid excavator was put forward.
