Analysis on Deformation of Foundation Excavation Considering of Time-Space Effect

Article Preview

Abstract:

Time-space effect always exsites in the soft soils deep foundation. Combined with an engineering example, field data were analyzed by bar element method into which the time-space effect was taken account. Comparison between the test results and the field data indicated that the time-space effect is essential to the design and calculation of soft soils deep foundation.
