Abstract:

Product innovation is not only one tool to satisfy the demands of the market value in reality but also to meet the current and next-generation environmental requirements. It’s needed to study new technology and management methods. The ecological lifecycle theory has been established by the research on the harmony of the nature, which is one theory to deal with the common challenges for people. This paper presents one model for product innovation based on the ecological lifecycle theory of New Product Design Management Model. Using the new model of product innovation, we can improve production effectiveness and reduce the rejection rate with 3R principles.
