Adaptability Evaluation Index System Construction between Highway Construction and Regional Socio-Economic Development – Taking Heilongjiang Province as an Example

Abstract:

Highway construction is currently in a period of rapid development, and construction planning is whether to adapt to the regional economic and social development needs, which is a standard and the future development construction plan important basis, therefore the objective, comprehensive evaluation of the highway construction and the development of society and economy adaptability problem is very timely and necessary. In this paper, based on the principal component analysis method, AHP, evaluation index system of highway construction and regional socio-economic development adaptability evaluation system was established to evaluate the adaptability of highway construction and development of regional social economy in Heilongjiang province, to provide decision-making reference for the future development of Heilongjiang province highway construction.
