Coalseam Thickness Analysis with Geostatistics

Abstract:

When we treat coalseam which is thicker and complicated, we can use kriging modeling coalseam and interlayer, then we minus prediction surface; by comparing different effect between traditional method and geostatistics to reserves calculation and coalseam thickness prediction, the paper shows advantage of using of geostatistics in analysis of coalseam thickness and bring a new method of treating coalseam containing many dirt bands.
