The Relationship between Environmental Development in Livable Community and Modern Property Management

Abstract:

With the prosperity of socialist market and the improvement of people's living standard, people began to pay more attention to living environment in their community. Environmental construction in livable community is to satisfy people from all aspects of living, meet all needs of people in the community. Modern property management is a new mode of housing management, which is a pioneer to exploit and use energy; it is closely related to people's living quality. The article is starts with the concepts of environmental construction in livable community and modern property management, and discusses the relationship between them; at the same time put forward the concept of low-carbon energy saving in property management.
