Abstract: Using spring wheat as tested materials, by pot experiments and three fertilization modes (seed soaking mode, irrigated fertilization mode and mixed using mode), the effects of sodium humate on the wheat seedlings growth and mineral elements (Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn) absorption were studied. The results indicated that, all three modes showed obviously resistance performance to Cd stress, promoted the wheat seedlings growth and the dry matter accumulation, and the third mode had the best effects. In the background soil, sodium humate treatments could obviously inhibit the Cd elements absorption; promote the mineral elements absorption and accumulation. Along with the Cd stress degree aggravateing, the inhibition effects reduced. At the same time, different fertilization modes had different effects on mineral elements absorption and accumulation. The research also puts forward that humic acid fertilizer is an ecological fertilizer and soil conditioner with alleviate heavy metals pollution and enhance plant stress resistance function.

Abstract: Two kinds of vitamin B12 waste water from a pharmaceutical factory were treated separately by methods of combining micro-electrolysis with physiochemical and O3 oxidation. Effects of the reaction conditions on the removal rate of color were investigated. Results showed that the color removal rate of vitamin B12 waste water, which was treated by combined micro-electrolysis and physiochemical treatment reached 71.25%, while the color removal rate of the other waste water which treated by O3 oxidation reached 68.80%. The decolorizing treatment of those different natures of vitamin B12 waste water effectively provides a useful reference for this kind of waste water.

Abstract: The high sludge production has becoming one of the main drawbacks in the conventional activated sludge process. The ozone oxidation is considered as one of the most effective techniques owing to its high efficiency and non-secondary pollution. In this paper, the solubilization rules of nitrogen and phosphorus with directing injection ozone in a static unit were studied, then, the long-term removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in SBR system of directing injection ozone were studied with ozone dosage from 0.01~0.04gO3/gSS. The results of static experiments showed that the nitrate concentration increased quickly from 3.52mg/L to 13.83mg/L, the concentration of organic nitrogen and ammonia increased slightly, whereas, the nitrite concentration decreased gradually at the ozone dosage of 0~0.15gO3/gSS, most of the nitrogen released from the ozonated sludge were escaped from the supernate in the form of nitrogen and ammonia. The result of long-time experiment in SBR system showed that the removal rates of ammonia and total phosphorus was 91.1%, 80.5%, respectively.

Abstract: Tertiary treatment of municipal wastewater is necessary to reduce its scaling potential for using as makeup water of circulating cooling systems. In this study the corrosivity and the factors affecting corrosion of municipal wastewater tertiary-treated by nanofiltration membrane process were assessed by weight-loss method. The results show that concentration of salt ions such as Ca2+, Mg2+, Cl- and SO42- has a significant effect on corrosivity to carbon steel. Certain quantity of calcium and magnesium ions could inhibit the corrosion of carbon steel, however, chlorine and sulfate ions could accelerate the corrosion of carbon steel. The corrosion inhibition effect of three inhibitors (PC-604, RP-101 and poly epoxy succinate (PESA)) in tertiary-treated municipal wastewater on the carbon steel was evaluated. PC-604 had the best corrosion inhibitor effect and the lowest dosage. This research has guiding significance for using tertiary-treated municipal wastewater as makeup water of circulating cooling systems.

Abstract: Mixed acid processed Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)were used as adsorbent to adsorb Cu2+ in artificial wastewater in this . In this study, the effect factors of Cu2+ adsorption capacity, such as initial concentration of Cu2+, absorbent contact time and dosage, etc were investigated respectively in the solution at neutral pH. The results show that population of -OH is increased on surface of mixed acid processed MWCNTs; and at condition of 30 °C, pH 6,as the increase in concentration and contact time, there is an increase in adsorption capacity of two adsorbents(processed and unprocessed),and the Cu2+ adsorption rate increased with the increase in adsorbent dosage. In addition, the considered adsorption capacity change was obtained when processed MWCNTs was used.

Abstract: An experiment on the removal of heavy metal copper ions from industrial wastewater by magnetic flocculation was studied and the influences of PFS dosage static sedimentation time, temperature,pH value and magnetic powder dosage on treatment effect were discussed at the same time .The result of the test showed that when the dosage of PFS and magnetic powder were 100 and 400 mg/l respectively the pH value was 8.0,the static sedimentation time was 20min, the said process had a good effect on copper containing wastewater treatment. The removal rate of copper ions was over 97%,and the mass concentration of copper ions in the effluent water was below 0.5mg/l. Therefore after be treated by magnetic flocculation the quality of copper-containing wastewater could meet the requirement of GB 8978-1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard .

Abstract: The experiment has study on the COD removal influence of the amoxicillin production wastewater of the feed water concentration, pH value, Activated carbon types, Adsorption time and active carbon dosage. The results show that 5g activated carbon mixed with 50ml of the wastewater that diluted 15 times, the pH value is 6, and adsorption for 60 min, the COD removal rates is up to 95.61% and the effluent COD value is 62.14 mg/L. It is far lower than the current the wastewater discharge standards in our country.

Abstract: The microwave desorption azeotropic distillation was used to recover ethanol in waste water from ethanol industry under vacuum condition. The flow charts for microwave desorption azeotropic distillation of ethanol-loaded activated carbon under vacuum condition were designed. Activated carbon is used in adsorption of low concentration ethanol in water, and the saturated carbon is regenerated by microwave irradiation under vacuum condition. The results showed that the ethanol-loaded activated carbon can be desorbed nearly completely after 100s; the microwave power has an important effect on the outlet concentration curve of ethanol; the mass defect of the regenerated carbon is lower than 5%. After several processes of activated carbon adsorption and microwave desorption azeotropic distillation under vacuum condition, the concentration of ethanol can come up to 98%.

Abstract: Oil spills and leakage accidents caused by oil exploitation, processing, transportation and use continue to pose environmental threat to global marine ecosystem. It has become an urgent task to prevent the ocean ecosystem from oil pollution and protect the marine resources. This paper introduces the negative effects of marine oil pollution and conventional treatment measures, briefly analyzes the great potential of rice hull adsorbent for purification of oil-polluted sea water and initially explored the adsorption effects of rice hull adsorbent. The experimental results indicated that after static adsorption at different dosage of rice hull adsorbent (0g, 4g, 8g, 12g, 16g, 20g), the oil removal efficiency got 65.3% when treated by rice hull adsorbent carbonized under the temperature of 350°C at dosage of 12g, which is prospective to help in treatment of marine oil residues in the future.
