Abstract: The technology of multidisciplinary design optimization was elaborated, and the structure principle and dynamic model of HCPE were briefly presented. Based on the minimum volume, the collaborative optimization model of crank-link mechanism was constructed. The approximate response surface models of connecting rod and crankshaft were established by means of ANSYS calculation. By combined with iSIGHT software, the collaborative optimization system was realized, and the calculation speed was improved. The optimized volume decreased by 0.803% under the premise that couldn't change the crankshaft counterbalance. So the mass of the engine is reduced and the performance is improved.

Abstract: Experimental study on combustor outlet temperature field of heavy-duty gas turbine had been finished on high-pressure test system. Experimental results indicate: The OTDF is sensitive to diameter of dilution holes, and the RTDF is sensitive to location of dilution holes. The test results have important guiding significance and reference value to design, commission and working about the similar combustor.

Abstract: In order to achieve the power grid voltage default ride-through, the permanent magnet direct-drive type wind power generator system is employed. The Crowbar resistance and the STATCOM operation mode are two effective methods to control the DC capacitor voltage not to rise and to help the power grid voltage restoration. The power grid voltage default is little and the STATCOM operation mode is applied. The Crowbar resistance is invested to the wind power generator system when the voltage default is large. The methods introduced in this paper are applied in other variable speed fixed frequency wind power generator system.

Abstract: To solve the difficulty and low efficiency of three-dimensional reconstruction of complex spatial form bent tube, a stereo vision method with NURBS curve to achieve three-dimensional reconstruction of bent tube is presented. This method first extracts central axis and the edge line of bent tube by the grayscale image, and the outer diameter of bent tube is calculated through the edge line extracted. On the premise of affine camera model, NURBS curve has been chosen as the primitive of reconstruction, and by using its affine invariance, according to the principle of binocular vision, the central axis of bent tube is reconstructed through reconstructing the control points. Finally, the three-dimensional model of bent tube is reconstructed by three-dimensional modeling technique. Experimental results show that, relative to the traditional methods, this method makes a big improvement on the efficiency and accuracy of three-dimensional reconstruction of bent tube.

Abstract: Fire is an extremely complex phenomenon with combustion, flow dynamics, radiation, and chemical reaction and so on. At present, there are two field models often used in compartment fires, which are Large Eddy Simulation (LES) models and Reynolds-Averaged N-S (RANS) models. In this page, three cases of the compartment fires are simulated with both of the two field models. By comparing the temperature of different models to the available experimental data, LES apply to the big space compartment fires and RANS work for the tunnel fires. Both of the models can be used in room fires, but the result is not very well. In the future, there is more work to do on researching the field model in compartment fires.

Abstract: This paper improve the original particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm in the fixed inertia weight, this study analyzed the value of inertia weight factor in (PSO) algorithm, and proposed a non-linear weights with decreasing strategy to implement the Improvement PSO (IPSO) algorithm and estimate the weighted factor in the data fusion of multi-sensors network. This FLAG Programmable System On Chip (SoC) Developing System 1605A (FLAG-the PSoC-1605A) as an experimental platform, using various types of sensors, combined with ZigBee wireless sensor networks, the TCP / IP network and the GPRS / SMS long-range wireless network will sense the measured data analysis and evaluation, to create a more effective monitoring and observing regional environment to achieve a things and things, and automated exchange of information between persons and things, processing an intelligent network. Finally, the IPSO applied the IOT system in monitoring environment is better than other existing PSO method in computing precise and convergence rate for excellent fusion result.

Abstract: Plastic forming of metal material is a complex process. To predict and explore the forming law of these issues must be based on computer-based numerical methods. In this article, the shearing step of a textile knotted knife is studied. With the application of the DEFORM finite element analysis software, we make a dynamic numerical simulation of shear fracture on the tool sheet. After analyzing material’s stress and strain distribution in the plastic deformation zone and plastic flow vector in sheet deformation zone, the variable distribution curve of strain state can be obtained. And by comparing with the simulation experiment, acceptable product can be received. Through the numerical simulation, we can have an intuitive understanding of the plastic deformation process of this sheet, in the mean time; deeply understand the mechanism of plastic deformation. The numerical analysis method and the selection of the parametric have a significance of guiding and reference to the quality improvement of knotted knife products.

Abstract: Designed a generation system by using ocean wave power for seabed-base detector. The system is mainly composed of an energy conversion device, hydraulic system, power generation system and automatic control system. This paper showed the composition of each subsystem, including the structure of axial flow turbine and the conversion equation of PID control system, hydraulic motor system. The simulation model is established by using SIMULINK block of MATLAB software, gave the results in two different conditions, one have the stability external input and the other don’t meanwhile the hydraulic system will turn to accumulator circuit. The simulation results show that this system can provide stable power output as the real system design reference.

Abstract: Single-row facility layout is widely used in manufacturing system. It has a very important effect on the performance of manufacturing system. The single-row facility layout, including linear, U-shape, and semi-circular layout are introduced firstly. Based on the lower selling price of customers’ demand, the components of manufacturing cost are analyzed secondly. Then the relationship between the manufacturing cost and objectives of single-row layout are described. Meanwhile, the mathematical and simulation models related to several parts of manufacturing cost of single-row layout are set up respectively. Finally, the simulation of these models for single-row layout is running in QUEST. After analyzing the simulation results, conclusions are obtained: (1) material handling cost of semi-circular layout is the lowest among the three types of single-row facility layout; (2) area utilization rate of U-shape layout is higher than others; (3) equipment and labor utilization of U-shape layout is the higher than others in the same moment. Abstract: Based on the improved genetic algorithm method, a kind of the optimization techniques to solve the problem about the ship cabin layout is presented. The problem about the ship cabin layout is a NP-hard problem. This article has used the genetic algorithm method to solve it .However, for the simple and easy procedure, the basic genetic algorithm is slow and easy to fall into a local optimal solution. Therefore, it must be improved. This article has made the following two improvements: on the one hand using the niche method to solve the multi- peak problem; on the other hand using the climbing method to solve the slow and premature convergence. The simulation tests show that this approach proposed by authors is feasible and valid and the result is satisfied.
