Abstract: The parallel inverter system will produce the phenomenon of circulating current when each inverter’s output voltage is inconsistent. This phenomenon increases the burden of switching elements. Furthermore this system will be crashed, and it could lead to a power interruption. In this paper, the property of the circulating current is analyzed deeply for double-loop parallel inverter system. An improved fuzzy PID control and LCL filter are adapted to make up the really redundancy system. Besides, a hot-swappable system is putted into practice. The simulation results reflect that this method have better inhibitory effect on the circulating current of the parallel inverter system.

Abstract: This paper reviews previous and recent trends in energy information communication technologies (EICT) for smart home applications. Relevant EICT publications on smart homes are reviewed. Smart home and smart home energy management system (SHEMS) related concepts are described, followed by a thorough review of SHEMS and EICT technologies. As is increasingly recognized, EICT is a highly effective means of monitoring, controlling, and conserving energy consumption in smart home applications. Additionally, various EICT approaches are surveyed to evaluate the feasibility of smart home applications by discussing historical developments and introducing advanced EICT methods. Importantly, in addition to surveying the latest trends, this study contributes to efforts to further advanced EICT applications in smart homes.

Abstract: Identification of a bird constitutive model and its parameters is a very difficult work in bird-impact coupling solution. In order to identify the constitutive model and the parameters simultaneously, an inversion analytic model for the bird material parameters is given based on penalty function method and nonlinear optimization principle, and then combining the model preferential criterion proposed in this paper, the identification system of the bird constitutive model is established with ANSYS Parametric Design Language (APDL). Finally, the feasibility and practicability of this identification method are verified by an example.

Abstract: In order to solve the current bee products quality and safety issues, this paper presents the quality traceability system for bee products based on intelligent business. This system uses state-of-the-art technologies, such as ASP.NET, CDMA, GPS, XML, data collection and barcode technology. Distinctive apiculture log as an information carrier plays a key role in the system. It saves the collection data from Android terminal and is uploaded to Access database server. The web client displays the analysis results for enterprise management personnel to view and feedback. To achieve quality traceability, its’ function reflects in the history search for raw materials source, beekeepers breeding technology help and bee products quality feedback.

Abstract: In order to guarantee the safety of bee products, combining with other countries’ experiences and the characteristics of our own bee industry, this paper puts forward the bee products quality tracking system based on Android smartphone. The Fig.1 displays its general framework. In Fig.1, our system links bee farmers with the cooperative and bee enterprise so that it forms a management model to reach our goal to realize the quality tracking. In our system, information submitted to the server step by step, and through this way we could get all data and their sources. Also this paper analyzes some key technologies of our system which includes Database and Coding Standard and GPS etc. We took advantage of the smartphone and 3G network to build this system. It is sure that such a system would have great influences on bee industry.

Abstract: Tracking objects in videos using mean shift technique has brought to public attention. In background-weighted histogram (BWH) algorithm proposed by Kernel-Based Object tracking attempts to reduce the interference of background target localization in mean shift tracking. However, in this paper we prove that the weights assigned to pixels in the target candidate region by BWH are proportional to those without background information, i.e. BWH does not introduce any new information because the mean shift iteration formula is invariant to the scale transformation of weights. We then propose an Advanced BWH (ABWH) formula by transforming only the target model but not the target candidate model. The ABWH scheme can effectively reduce background’s interference in target localization and for the target not well initialized, it can still robustly track the object, which is hard to achieve by the conventional target representation and it lead to faster convergence and more accurate localization than the usual target representation in mean shift tracking.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the security function testing on special information security products, a system, that is, Testing and Management system on special Information security Products, is designed and implemented. By ways of Hibernate framework and WebService, the conformance testing on the security function of the special information security products is accomplished. And the testing requirements on the special information security products are normalized and the testing methods of the special information security products are integrated. The testing reports which provide reference for Mandatory Certification on special information security products about the conformance of function can be produced.

Abstract: The first passage type reliability of Duffing-van der Pol oscillator with time-delayed feedback control under wide-band noise excitations is studied. First, the time-delayed feedback control force is expressed approximately in terms of the system state variables without time delay. Then, the averaged Itô stochastic differential equations for the system are derived by using the stochastic averaging method, from which a backward Kolmogorov equation governing the conditional reliability function and a Pontryagin equation governing the conditional mean of the first passage time are established. Finally, the conditional reliability function and the conditional mean of first passage time are obtained by solving these equations together with suitable initial condition and boundary conditions. The effect of time delay in feedback control force on the reliability is analyzed. The theoretical results are well verified through digital simulation.

Abstract: Fault diagnosis in a closed-loop gas turbine engine control system poses a great challenge since that the involved controller is to keep system stability, which desensitizes fault diagnostic performance. In this paper, a design algorithm that integrates various feedback controllers and unknown input observer (UIO) has been proposed. In this method, the controller has been considered as the state of an augmented model by combining the controller and the gas turbine model. Then the UIOs for fault detecting and isolating has been designed for this augmented model to obtain the parameters of the concerned controller and UIOs simultaneously. Moreover, this integrated design process has been formulated as linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). One notable feature of this algorithm is that the integrated design can weaken the effect of a feedback controller on output residual generator and maximize the robustness of UIO against unknown disturbances. Experimental results on a gas turbine engine illustrate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: A design of simultaneous location and mapping system for intelligent vehicles was proposed. The paper put forward a new algorithm digitalizing motion state which can achieve the automatic navigation and location of the vehicle. Convert the coordinate systems of distance-detecting module with ultrasonic sensors and odometer positioning module to the global coordinate system so as to determine the robot’s global coordinate position and the barrier’s distribution in the environment. The motion environment was represented as a 2-D grid map. The simulation in Visual Studio software can verify that the design is available to establish the simultaneous location and mapping of indoor environment and the algorithm is reliable. The innovation point is that simultaneous location and mapping is achieved by coordinate conversion in the algorithm instead of the complex computing.
