Abstract: Today, in order to enrich economic and scientific research value, sensor network and its data management system have been widely used in ocean observing and in real-time continuous data collecting. In this article, the risks associated with modeling, assessing, managing, and communicating of observing systems are taken into consideration, a cyberinfrastructure architecture is designed to ensure the global observation networks real-time, integrated network research and mass data analysis, with its base station communications, satellites and cables to transfer data, using distributed computing platform for real-time analysis of mass data of worldwide sensors to obtain the new progress of research topic and provide disaster warning. This is important to allow researchers study collaboratively with other researchers as if in their laboratories, also cause the public to further contact with sea world, and widen the public education road.

Abstract: Developing the seafloor observatory network(SONet) is very significant for the human to explore the ocean resources. The information system of seafloor observatory network provides a platform for scientists to research the seafloor activities, which is a kind of open and complex system referring to diverse engineering and disciplines. The data acquiring, storing and management of the observatory instruments are the major parts of information integration. A prototype system based on the SOA(Service-oriented Architecture) is designed to manage information and knowledge in SONet. The SOA architecture, interface and device encoding mechanism are presented. Benefit from this, construction and application of the system can provide a uniform information and knowledge platform in the ocean field.

Abstract: In order to work in the narrow work space and achieve global localization, an omnidirectional AGV(Automatic Guided Vehicle) is developed. First, thearchitecture of the omnidirectional AGVwith mecanum wheels is designed to meet the motion requirement. The global localization system with accelerometer and vision sensor is introduced. The experiments show that the developed robot is able to work in workshop environment, and the global localizationsystem proved to be feasible.

Abstract: In order to achieve closed-loop control,it is generally required to know the position and speed of the motor rotor through installed photoelectric encoder, rotary transformer and some other mechanical sensors on the rotor shaft . But these sensors increase the system cost and the interface circuits between the motor and the control system, and reduce the control accuracy and reliability of the system.This article designs a sensorless vector control system for permanent magnet synchronous motor, and introduces the hardware structure and the working principle of the system, and designs control circuit and vector control software based on IRMCF341 chip. The result of test shows that the system has a steady state performance and a high control precision. The motor runs well without the position sensor and at the same time achieves a much higher level of control performance.

Abstract: This paper proposes an eigenstructure assignment method for engine control system diagnosis based on disturbance decoupling, since noisy disturbance has an adverse impact on the performance of aircraft engine fault detection and isolation (FDI). In practice, it is often difficult to solve the eigenstructure assignment method, and the result is far from being satisfactory. In view of this, the paper makes an attempt to deal with the issue by linear matrix inequality (LMI). The advantages of the presented method are as follows: first, it can reduce the effect of exogenous disturbance on fault detection; In the meantime, it will not impair sensitivity to system faults. Experimental results show that the suggested approach performs well on the simulation of an advanced turbofan engine.

Abstract: This paper describes an automatic finite element (FE) mesh generation for FE analysis of LED modules. It is consisting of element generation, bubble packing and solid geometry modeler. This automated FE analysis system including bubble packing method consists of three sub-processes: (a) definition of geometric model, i.e. analysis model, (b) generation of bubbles, and (c) generation of elements. One of commercial solid modelers is employed for three-dimensional solid structures. Bubble is generated if its distance from existing bubble points is similar to the bubble spacing function at the point. The Delaunay method is introduced as a basic tool for element generation. The developed system allows designers to evaluate detailed physical behaviors of structures through some simple interactive operations to their geometry models. To demonstrate practical performances of the present system, the system was used to an analysis of heat sink. Practical performances of the present system are demonstrated through several examples for heat sink of LED modules.

Abstract: According to the domestic situation that bamboo strip detection technology is artificial intervention and low automation, the novel automatic bamboo strip detection system is designed based on Labview and Matlab mixed programming. The real-time detection on bamboo surface defects is realized in the system such as serious damage, stripe, scratch, large area dim. Moreover, the system provides more than 92% detection accuracy and eight strips per second detection rate, both of which can meet the accuracy requirement of practical production. In general, this paper provides a new kind of method for detection system.

Abstract: In order to reduce volume of MEMS wireless sensor with solar photoelectric micro-power supply, the integration scheme of solar photoelectric micro-power supply on chip is proposed in the paper. The scheme is consisted of seven main process steps, and has higher process compatibility. The characteristics of the integrated devices of the solar photoelectric micro-power supply are analyzed by using the semiconductor theory. The results show the device characteristics meet the requirement of the solar photoelectric micro-power supply. Moreover, the technology improving conversion efficiency of solar cells on chip is proposed by use of the back surfaces field (BSF). The conversion efficiency of solar cells reached 13.4%

Abstract: This paper presents an effective algorithm to solve power economic dispatch (PED) problems considering incorporated cost model of valve-point effects and multiple fuels. The proposed algorithm integrates the hybrid differential evolution (HDE) and the multiplier updating (MU). Few PED problems related studies have seldom addressed both valve-point loadings and change fuels. To show the advantages of the proposed algorithm, was employed to test PED problems with one test system considering the incorporated cost model. Additionally, the proposed algorithm was compared with the differential evolution (DE), revealing that the proposed method is more effective and efficient than the DE in application of power system.

Abstract: Delivering recommendation services are the trend of the future, so Recommender System varied very vital and widely applied in e-commerce websites to help customers in finding the items they want. A recommender system should be able to provide users with useful information about the items that might be interesting to them. The ability of immediately responding to changes in users preferences is a valuable asset for such systems. In recommender system, a variety of methods have been emerged as the basis for recommender. However, existing recommendation methods have the limitation. To overcome this limitation, we will propose new recommender system by combining the existing techniques. So, we firstly give an overview of recommender system for the future researches.
