Abstract: In recent years, with power supply reliability requirements increased, living work projects in distribution network are developed extensive. Except the traditional projects, it is becoming more and more prominent to expand the living work projects in the distribution network. But, research the bran-new living work methods have some problems like long period, significant risk and high cost. This paper base on the theoretical arithmetic, use the virtual reality technology to simulate and research the 10kV distribution network 1-tower double-circuit transmission line living work and the model is established. Compared to the traditional living work methods, introduce the virtual reality technology supply a new train of thought to research the living work methods, it greatly reduces the period of researching new living work methods, and effectively cut down the costing on the experimental stage of traditional researching methods.

Abstract: The training of distribution operators is an important link to ensure the safe operation to effectively enhance the training effect,the paper put forward a new teaching form that combining the line operation and simulation training. It firstly analyzes the distribution network simulation training function demand, then designs training simulation system structure,extracts simulation training process,introduces the key technology:three-dimensional simulation technology,then simulation training process,finally gives the system development example. The application result shows the power line operation simulation training system can effectively guarantee the operation training effect,has a great practical significance.

Abstract: A robust statistics approach to curvature estimation on scattered point cloud is presented. The basic idea of this method is fitting a surface to the local shape at a sample point in 3D and the curvatures are computed for this fitted surface. Within a Maximum Kernel Density Estimator framework, the best fitted surface for each point is obtained. Therefore the algorithm is robust with respect to noise and outliers. Experiments show that our method has achieved satisfactory results.

Abstract: The number of E-wastes in China is more and more amazing in recent years, but it is lack of effective information system support and advanced means of information collection in the recovery process. In the paper, according to the circular economy "3r" principle and the characteristics of RFID (radio frequency identification) technology the author constructed a based on RFID E-waste recycling model. In the whole recycling process it can maintain the integrity of the information, real-time, so as to strengthen the enterprise for product whole life process control and it is helpful to the poisonous and harmful material of the recovery, reduce impact on environment.

Abstract: Forest fire is one of the most detrimental factors affecting forest resources. Forest fire prevention and suppression requires a lot of information of fire field in decision making. A GIS based assistant information system for forest fire prevention direction was developed. The system makes use of spatial data and fire monitoring data from sensor nodes to provide important assistant information for forest fire prevention. It also provides a series of Web service APIs for forest fire prevention application development. Test demonstrated that the system is applicable and helpful to forest fire prevention.

Abstract: Aiming at the stochastic vehicle routing problems with simultaneous pickups and deliveries, a novel discrete differential evolution algorithm is proposed for routes optimization. The algorithm can directly be used for the discrete domain by special design. Computational simulations and comparisons based on a medium-sized problem of SVRPSPD is provided. Results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm obtains better results than the basic differential evolution algorithm and the existing genetic algorithm.

Abstract: The applications on assessment of people health status by using physiological monitoring and measurement platform have sprung up in recent years. How to design an assessment tool and provide the diagnosis result to the users by analyzing received fusion data from user side and the given domain knowledge is a critical issue in such application. This study will focus on cloud-based medical decision analysis by constructing inference model derived from incremental Bayesian network. The Bayesian network is established by physiological data retrieved from users, and the obtained report of the health status assessment can be used to facilitate user's self-health management and disease prevention.
