Abstract: In today's knowledge economy era, knowledge has become an important resource for social development. How to effectively manage knowledge has become the contemporary an important research direction. Medical Literature is the main carrier of medical knowledge, how to make good use of medical literature to become the key to the development of Chinese medicine. Although there are large numbers of medical literature, but penetrates its content to be actually irregular, the literature data lacks has the systematic analysis to make uniform, so that the application value relative reduces largely. Knowledge map as a timely, efficient, and visual knowledge navigation and management tools will be introduced to the medical information service management system, the urgent need to improve the level of medical information, the development of new drugs. In this paper, the use of the SOM algorithm knowledge mapping the pharmaceutical literature, it mainly includes single literature knowledge map generation and extensive literature knowledge map generated. First uses the GHSOM algorithm construction single literature the knowledge map, then by the ESOM algorithm, the single literature knowledge map integration with other knowledge map, finally there will produce the global knowledge map.

Abstract: Popularization of the building monitoring system requires huge data storage, information management and computing services. However, the analog signal transmission cannot meet the requirements anymore, therefore cloud computing has to play its role. For this purpose, this article brings up an overall design idea and physical deployment of a cloud-based building monitoring system.

Abstract: High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) is an ongoing standard, and it employs the quad-tree block partitioning structure which includes coding unit, prediction unit, and transform unit. This content-adaptive coding tree structure can improve HEVC coding efficiency significantly, but it also consumes large computational complexity. This paper proposed a fast intra coding unit size decision algorithm to reduce the heavy complexity of HEVC encoding. First, the proposed algorithm reduced unit sizes search by using the classifier, which is based on the statistical learning. Second, an early largest unit size decision was designed to skip the checking of unnecessary unit sizes. As compared to the full search algorithm in HEVC reference software, experimental results show that the proposed algorithm achieves 50.4% computation saving on average with 1.83% bit rate increase and 0.070dB peak signal-to-noise ratio loss.

Abstract: This article proposed a new security protocol with satisfying the lightweight requirements of the security of RFID system. Using varying identifiers, the protocol can resist Forward attack, Traffic analysis and Tracking attack, Replay attack. The Back-end Server holds the new identifier and last identifier for every Tag can keep database synchronization. Each Tag store a unique Key that is the secret information which also store in the Back-end Server. Use the Key, the protocol can implement mutual authentication between Back-end Server and Tag. Then the paper compared the proposed protocol with the typical protocols in security, effective and cost. The results demonstrate that the protocol can effectively solve the security problem of RFID systems.

Abstract: A novel watermarking algorithm based on SURF (Speeded Up Robust Features) and Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) is presented for copyright protection. By introducing the SURF’s key points matching and geometric distortion estimation, the attacked watermarked image can be corrected and the watermark synchronization is realized. In this way, the feature regions of the host image, which are used for information hiding, can be correctly detected by the improved Harris-Laplace corner detector even after signal processing and geometric attacks. The application of the proposed scheme makes the watermark capable of transparent hiding. Extensive experimental results demonstrate that our technique performs better than traditional methods under different attacks.

Abstract: This paper looks at the application of Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) to color image compression. Based on the basic principle and characteristics of SVD, combined with the image of the matrix structure. A block SVD-based image compression scheme is demonstrated and the usage feasibility of Block SVD-based image compression is proved.

Abstract: Japanese conjunctive particles have very abundant expression meaning, its translation also relate to the context. A method that is based on template is presented. It translates sentences that include conjunctive particle “nagara”. The sentences are divided into six categories, and the templates are extracted by analyzing the structure characteristic of sentences. The method has merit of translation exactness if translation of the source sentence matches with templates exactly and implement simple. To evaluate performance of the method, the coverage rate of templates and the precision of translation are used respectively. A small-scale Japanese-Chinese translation experiments show the availability of the presented method.

Abstract: Quaternion sandwiching formula to compute perspective projections has been given by Ron Goldman in an article titled “Understanding quaternions”. In this paper, we applied this method to obtain perspective images of 3D objects, and proposed a modified method to interpolate two projection planes with different directions and distances from eye point to acquire an intermediate viewing plane. Experimental results show that our interpolation method improves the disadvantage of uneven movement speed when quaternion SLERP method is directly adopted.

Abstract: In multi-view video plus depth (MVD) coding based free viewpoint video applications, a few reference viewpoints’ texture and depth videos should be compressed and transmitted at the server side. At the terminal side, the display view videos could be the decoded reference view videos or the virtual viewpoints’ videos which are synthesized by DIBR technology. The entire video quality of all display views are decided by the number of reference viewpoints and the compression distortion of each reference viewpoint’s texture and depth videos. This paper studies the impact of the reference viewpoints selection on the entire video quality of all display views. The results show that depending on the available network bandwidth, the MVD coding requires different selections of reference viewpoints to maximize the entire video quality of all display views.
