Abstract:

Logistics is primarily concerned with the question by which functional, organization, personnel and material resources, the information, material and value flow of materials through the whole enterprise can be improved and optimized. By this the logistics gains the integrating business function. However, as many managerial fields and also this one does not work without problems. That is why we will try to describe the main problematic areas, to present some lean methods and the results the company will achieve due to them.
