Study of Powder Removing Technique for Film Laminating

Abstract:

According to the result of survey and research, the device combining powder sweeping and powder sticking is used for powder removing. Powder sweeping section is to use three soft brush rollers, covered with a large air suction device. Powder sticking section is to use a rubber roller and a hot pressing steel roller, with a hard brush roller which can sweep the powder on the rollers surface, extracting the powder to the filter device via exhausting pipe.
