Study on Storage of Gradient Temperature Cold Store

Article Preview

Abstract:

Design of a kind of fruits and vegetables temperature gradient storage, which is characterized in that: the subsidiary structure, composed of the static pressure chamber, buffer room and gradient storage. Through experimental measurements, the temperature distribution in the temperature gradient storage between the deviation in ± 0.5oC, relative humidity were kept at 60%~70% to that without, but relative humidity of the humidification treatment were 85%. The storage experiment results show that, compared with the blank control, humidification treatment can significantly reduce the water loss rate of fruit and vegetable.
