Study on the Measurement of the Feeder Cam Based on CMM

Abstract:

The cam mechanism is a very important part of sheet-fed offset press. Compared with the existing cam measuring methods, this paper puts forward a measurement of cam profile curve based on CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machining) in order to make up the existing scheme technical defects. Take the feeder cam as the object, measure the cam and analyze the measurement error. This method improves the cam measurement precision, it is easy to operate.
