Abstract:

Credibility and integrity has become social system project referring every aspect. Its construction can make hierarchical control and decomposition coordination. Its running mode is through government promotes and supervises, market manipulation, and social public to participation. It should start from goal task of subsystems, including building policy and statute system, services markets system, supervision and reward system, and credit culture system, and finally achieve the advance construction of fiduciary system engineering in the whole society.
