Identification of Chlorpyrifos-Degrading Strain DX1 with 16S rDNA Sequence Analysis

Article Preview

Abstract:

In this study,it was carried out amplifying the 16S rRNA gene fragment from the samples screened in the sludge in the sewage treatment plant and induced. Comparing it with the known sequences from Genbank, the result was that the stainDX1 had 99%homology with Bacillus cereus. Combined with the morphological and biochemical character,The stain DX1 was identified as Bacillus cereus.
