Study on the Application of Fluorgypsum Plaster

Abstract:

Physical modification and chemical activation were used to stimulate the fluorgypsum activity effectively. A compound activator was independently developed to increase its hydration activity, which can accelerate the hydration and hardening of fluorgypsum, so that the strength of the hardened body could be improved. Besides, appropriate water-retaining agent, water reducer and composite waterproofing agent were used to improve the comprehensive performance of fluorgypsum plaster, which gave it the value of engineering applications, and the production process route of fluorgypsum plaster was designed. All the performances of fluorgypsum plaster produced in this technology meet the standard requirements, which comply with the requirements of the economy, environmental protection and waste utilization.
