TCM Main Drives Revamping of Pangang

Abstract:

To study how to do, if adapting a Adjustable-Speed AC Drive System to control the equipment, now which is been controlled by the Adjustable-Speed DC Drive. According the operating parameters that requested by the production line of the Cold Rolling Mill of Pangang, the paper proves a revamping project. The project includes the selection of motor, the calculation of the electrical capacity of motor, and the selection of speed-control mode. Also the paper analyses and put forward to the revamping project of related supporting facilities.
