Analysis of Structure Capital Impact on Knowledge Flow within Supply Chain

Abstract:

Knowledge flow reflects the knowledge level cooperation in supply chain. As asset of an organization, structure capital is one of the most important factors that influence and represent the competitiveness of the supply chain. The relationship between structure capital and knowledge flow is analyzed. The analysis based on structural modeling on key factors that affect the flow of knowledge shows that organizational structure and knowledge gap, as the basic factors, could affect the efficiency of knowledge flow.
