Fatigue Stiffness Analysis of Corroded RC Beams

Article Preview

Abstract:

In order to study the influence on RC beam fatigue stiffness with different corrosion rates, fatigue load tests have been taken on a set of different corrosion ratios, and the changes in stiffness to the related beams also been calculated based on the deflection of the test beams. And then, the corresponding test analysis is achieved. The results show that: the rate of increase to the deflection of specimen tends to increase and stiffness drastically reduces with the increase in the extent of corrosion under fatigue loads.
