Combined Method for E-Commerce Website Evaluation Based on Fuzzy Neural Network

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper describes method for E-commerce website evaluation. Fuzzy AHP and neural network were applied to solve the problem. The proposed system consists of four components: (1) hierarchical structure development for fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), (2) weights determination, (3) data collection, and (4) decision making.
