Research on Risk Management Based on Software Project

Abstract:

This paper focuses on risk management in each phase of life circle of software development and intrduces advisable measures for each risk. Secondly, it presents a formula to calculate risk. In the end, we analyze the sensitivity of risk by illustration, through sensitivity analysis can we find the most dependent index which can provide great assisstance.
