Measuring and Analyzing of Static Characteristics of Vehicle Capacitance Weighing Device

Abstract:

Aiming at improving the present traffic weighing method, a kind of traffic weighing device based on capacitance weighing is developed. In this paper, the devices design, structure and measuring principle are introduced, and measuring process of static characteristics is mainly discussed. The related experiment data is given. On the basis of testing data, error analyzing is done from nonlinearity, repeatability and hysteresis. And the correction method of hysteresis is presented at last. This vehicle capacitance weighing device possesses outstanding advantages. Therefore it has a certain practical value.
