The Development of Electric Propulsion Simulation System for Semi-Submerged Ship

Article Preview

Abstract:

Taiankou is one of the most advanced semi-submerged ships in the world; it adopted an SSP electric propulsion system and a dynamic positioning technique with high technical content. Wuhan University selected Taiankou as a model ship for which to develop a set of marine electric propulsion simulation system. The paper introduces the composition, structure, functions and key techniques and main characteristics.
