Design and Implementation of Constant Palstance Control System of Combine Cylinder Based on STM32

Abstract:

Combine harvesters are widely used in agricultural production. Keeping the palstance of combine threshing cylinder constant when the combine works normally has important implications, through which can improve the efficiency and guarantee the quality. In this paper the Foton Lovol GF40 combine is used as the controlled object, then a constant palstance control system is designed based on STM32, and the control program is also designed based on the fuzzy PID algorithm. The control system can receive the signals of feed quantity and cylinder palstance, then drive the HST system and change the walking speed according to the change of the signals received, thus to control the cylinder palstance. Field trials verify the feasibility of the system, show that the system has a certain stability, which can achieve the desired effect.
