Analysis of Cause and Solution to Blocking in Domestic Enterprises ERP Implementation

Abstract:

ERP makes enterprises more powerful in information age. Only a few of the domestic enterprises succeed in ERP implementation. According to the experience of ERP implementation, this paper introduces the cause of blocking in ERP implementation. At the same time, this article presents lots of solutions to the problem. Also, this paper presents humanizing and overall planning implementation ideology under the Chinese enterprise culture.
