Design and Development of Cushioning Material Database Based on Cushioning Material

Abstract:

By directing at wide varieties and nonlinearity of cushioning characteristic curves of cushioning packaging materials, mathematical model of cushioning material curves was established on the basis of test data; JBuilder 2006 and SQL Sever2000 were utilized to develop cushioning material database. This database is equipped with data fitting, storage and management functions of various cushioning materials, which can contribute to digital management of packaging lab.
