Research of Automatic Camshaft Detection and Data Processing Technology

Abstract:

The traditional optical-mechanical measurement instrument as well as manual data processing methods has unable to meet the efficient and accurate detection requirements for camshaft. In this article, the principle of automatic camshaft detection technology and the control system’s structure are introduced. The data acquisition system independent of movement controller and the data processing method of "all the sensitive" and evaluation method are introduced sequent.
